Deposit & Reservation Fee
Upon binding confirmation of the date, a reservation fee of EUR 1,000.– becomes payable. In addition, a deposit amounting to 50 % of the total package price is due no later than 14 days before the start of the event. The date is only considered binding once the reservation fee has been received. Both the reservation fee and the deposit are credited against the total amount.
Cancellation Policy
Up to 12 months before the event
Refund of the reservation fee paid of € 1.000,–
12 to 6 months before the event
€ 500,– expense allowance
6 to 2 months before the event
50 % of the booked total package based on the confirmed number of guests
From 2 months before the event
90 % of the total package based on the confirmed number of guests
Please note: Cancellations are accepted exclusively in writing by e-mail.
Allergies & Intolerances
Advance Information
Information about allergies and intolerances must be provided in advance when ordering or as part of the detailed planning.
Cross-Contamination
Despite the greatest possible care, cross-contact during preparation cannot be entirely ruled out.
Liability & Cloakroom
Cloakroom
No liability is accepted for items left in the cloakroom.
Gifts
No liability is accepted for gifts brought to the venue (in particular envelopes containing cash). We kindly ask you to take these with you on the same evening.
House Rules
Conduct
The Stöttlalm reserves the right to exercise its house rules. Guests who disturb others present through their behaviour, interfere with operations or violate quiet hours may be asked to leave the premises.
Place of Jurisdiction
For all matters arising out of or in connection with this contract — including the question of its valid conclusion, its performance and termination, as well as its pre-contractual and post-contractual effects — the parties agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Bezirksgericht Silz and the application of Austrian law pursuant to § 104 JN.
