The Conservatory

Spacious, bright and heated all year round. With a panoramic view of the Mieminger Kette and the Inntal valley, our wind- and weatherproof conservatory provides the perfect setting for larger celebrations — even in the depths of winter.

Both rooms are heated and weatherproof all year round. A combination of both rooms for larger celebrations is possible on request.

Frequently Asked Questions

From arrival to farewell — here you'll find all the important information for your celebration at the Stöttlalm.

Please let us know about any allergies among your guests as early as the detailed planning meeting, as far as they are known to you. Our kitchen is happy to prepare suitable alternatives. Our service team will gladly inform you about the ingredients in our dishes that may trigger allergies or intolerances. In our preparation we pay particular attention to careful handling, gentle cooking methods, wholesome and high-quality base products and well-balanced dishes. Despite the greatest possible care, however, cross-contact cannot be ruled out, as we cook with all kinds of products.

The delivery of (birthday) cakes, wines, decorations, flowers and so on is arranged directly with the hut keeper. We kindly ask that any decorations you bring yourselves be collected by 09:30 at the latest on the day after the event. We accept no liability for items not collected by 09:30. Please label all items you bring with your name and the date of the event — this allows us to assign everything clearly.

Please let us know about any speeches, toasts and programme highlights, as far as they are known to you, so that we can adapt the flow of the menu accordingly.

Please let us know who your on-site contact will be for the running of the day and any organisational matters. Hut keeper Raphael Penz is personally available for you on +43 664 457 3917.

Once your date is confirmed as binding, a reservation fee of € 1.000,– becomes due. In addition, a deposit amounting to 50 % of the total package price is to be paid no later than 14 days before the start of the event. The date is only considered binding once the reservation fee has been received. The reservation fee and deposit are credited against the total amount. By transferring the reservation fee, you accept our cancellation terms.

Seating arrangements can be discussed directly with the hut keeper. We are happy to assist you in drawing up the table plan. The table plan is to be sent to the events department 14 days before the start of the event.

We ask you to organise flowers and decoration yourselves, according to your personal taste. If you wish to bring your own candles, please consult us beforehand. Event package: From 18:00 the Stöttlalm (Almhütte) is reserved exclusively for you (until 02:00, see also Closing Time). For an aperitif or a small ceremony, the area around the lake can be booked in addition to the event package. Please note: events that take place on the Stöttlalm grounds before 18:00 are not held exclusively, as until then we are also serving other guests. Individual offer tailored to your personal wishes — on request.

Our hut keeper Raphael looks forward to welcoming you in a preliminary phone call (tel. +43 664 457 3917). For finalising the event, the events department is at your service at events@schwarz.at. Around 8 weeks before the event we are happy to discuss and confirm all the details and arrangements with you. Please make an appointment for this. Appointments with the events department are possible Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 17:00.

Fireworks are not permitted anywhere on the grounds of the Stöttlalm.

We hire out our in-house photo booth for € 550,00, including material for 200 printed photos plus unlimited digital images.

The tables are laid with white linen, white fabric napkins — folded into fans — and candles. Please share any individual wishes during the detailed planning meeting.

We are happy to recommend accommodation in the surrounding area. Rooms at the Alpenresort Schwarz are subject to availability — bookings are made directly via www.schwarz.at. We are happy to put together a dedicated menu for children.

Confetti cannons are not permitted around the Stöttlalm and the Stöttlalmsee. We recommend natural flower petals instead.

We ask you to have the menu cards you bring placed by your decorator. Before printing, please send us a draft of the menu card so we can check it against the agreed menu.

The number of menus or guests stated 7 working days before the event date serves as the minimum billing basis.

Whether live music or a DJ — every option is welcome. Set-up is possible by arrangement with our hut keeper (+43 664 457 3917). A power connection is also available at the lake. You are to bring your own technical equipment.

The Stöttlalmsee lies directly below the Stöttlalm. Swimming and jumping in are not permitted. Parents are responsible for their children.

As a rule, we hold your preferred date with an option of 14 days. When the option expires, we kindly ask you to let us know whether we may confirm the date for you. If we receive no reply, the hold lapses automatically.

Ample free parking is available for your guests with the event package directly at the golf car park — the shuttle to and from the golf car park is included in the event package. Day guests are kindly asked to park at the Parkplatz Sonnenplateau (subject to a fee).

In the parlour, the Stöttlalm offers space for 40 people. In our wind- and weatherproof, heated winter garden, the Stöttlalm offers space for up to 100 people. We therefore offer events at the Stöttlalm for a maximum of 100 people — larger parties gladly on request.

So that we can issue your invoice correctly, we require in advance the full home address, e-mail address and telephone number of the organiser. During the detailed planning meeting, it should be settled which consumptions are covered by guests paying for themselves and which consumptions may be charged to the overall invoice. We send the invoice by e-mail after the event, with a kind request for payment within 14 days.

When you book the event package, the Stöttlalm stays open for you until 02:00. We charge € 250,– for each additional hour of extension.

• Up to 12 months before the event: refund of the deposit paid of € 1.000,– • 12 to 6 months before the event: € 500,– as compensation for expenses • 6 to 2 months before the event: 50 % of the booked total package based on the confirmed number of guests • From 2 months before the event: 90 % of the total package based on the confirmed number of guests. Cancellations are only accepted in writing by e-mail.

Should you need a flat screen for any presentations, we can provide one for a hire fee of € 50,–. We kindly ask you to arrange this in advance. To ensure everything runs smoothly, a trial run of the technical equipment is required before the start of the event.

We ask you to have the place cards and party favours placed on the tables by your decorator.

You will receive a table plan directly from our hut keeper. He will send you a corresponding video of the plan. So that we can set up the tables and the right number of chairs in good time, we ask you to send the final table plan to the events department (events@schwarz.at) no later than 14 days before the event. To make the day run as smoothly as possible, we also ask you to mark in the high chairs. The table plan that helps your guests find their seats is to be provided by yourselves.

Were you happy with our service? Our team is, of course, always delighted by a small token of appreciation. The gratuity can gladly be added to the invoice.

Our suggested menus include fish and meat dishes. Vegetarians, of course, are not left wanting either. On the day of the event, our head chef is happy to provide a suitable alternative. Where already known, we ask you to let us know the number of vegetarians and vegans as early as the detailed planning meeting, but no later than 14 days before the event date.

Our hut keeper Raphael is happy to share his experience with you and recommend wines perfectly matched to the menu.

The Stöttlalm is not accessible by private car. We are happy to offer a shuttle service from the golf car park — included in the event package.
